Rahu in The 1st House, Your Hidden Destiny & Power

Rahu in 1st house. From what I have seen in my time reading charts, I have rarely seen this placement in the 1st house. Although I certainly do not need to go far considering the fact that my own birth chart has this placement, which is why I shall be talking about this placement as a start and maybe some readers of this blog may come to know about it for themselves, especially if they have it in the first house, Rahuvians, as I call them.

What exactly does this planet do? Spoiler alert, this is the most important planet for the 21st century. The 21st century has been anything but predictable, from global pandemics to wars, societal upheavals, they came when we were least expecting them, all because of this one planet, although technically this is not even a planet, it is the northern node of the Moon itself. So what does the Rahuvian around you look like, since you would be very curious to know if there is any Rahuvian around you.

First of all, the most dead giveaway sign is a tall height and a lean stature. In fact the tallest man in the room definitely has a Rahuvian influence, not once have I seen a short Rahu fellow, the tallest one I did see, stood a proper 6 feet 5 inches tall( I happen to be 6 feet 2 inches tall, in case anyone wanted to know ). The second sign is that they will normally have a birthmark or some mark on their face, with something very distinctive about their face, which you will see among a crowd of 100s and still remember, because the planet Rahu represents the head and the face( the upper half, so to speak).

The reason it represents the upper half is because during the Amrit Manthan as mentioned in our Vedas, the demon Svarbhanu tried to trick the devas and gain the nectar of immortality. He succeeded in doing so but Lord Vishnu with the help of his Sudarshan Chakra, severed his body, the head became Rahu and the lower half Ketu, known as the south node of the moon, it will always sit adjacent to Rahu, if Rahu is in the 1st, Ketu will be in the 7th, in the 2nd, Ketu will be in the 8th and so on.

The third and most important giveaway sign is the behavior. It is not exactly hard to be thought of as a larger than life personality if you are a tall fellow but you have to have the confidence to back it up. When placed in airy signs( Gemini, where it becomes exalted, Aquarius, a sign it co-rules with Saturn and Libra, a sign owned by its friend, Venus) or in fiery signs( Leo, Aries, Sagittarius) the way the person will talk, normally with a confidence that is on par with a celebrity, because Rahu loves being the center of attraction and often does shocking, scandalous things to garner it, you will instantly feel the energy of the room shift when a Rahuvian comes in.

Some personal observations I have seen for myself and so can you, Rahu people dress unconventionally, talk in loud, booming voices, often excel in spoken communication, use a lot of hand gestures and do not care a lot about what the public thinks and are normally very good with languages and everything foreign, from devouring foreign content and values to having a strong command over foreign languages is also governed by this planet, which is no wonder that actors, politicians, lawyers, scientists, advertising gurus, motivational speakers and all public dealing professions are represented by this planet. In fact, inter-caste, inter-religion marriages are also something this planet does because it always goes against the norm.

Of course to check whether or not they will be successful in doing so will also depend on their Mercury, Venus, Moon, Mars placements too because it is one thing to be like this but to have the energy to do so, a well placed Mars is important, to connect with the emotions of the audience, Moon/ Venus are important and to check the intelligence of the speech, Mercury is important.
